For your stay, you will find accommodation options at our local hotel. We have a reserved room block at the Hilton Short Hills, which is also where transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue. For those of you traveling to celebrate with us, the closest airports are listed below for your convenience.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Short Hills. This is where the shuttle service will pick up and drop off guests for the wedding festivities. We'd love for you to stay here and enjoy the weekend with us! To receive our discounted rate, please use the link below to make your reservation by April 30th, 2026. Should the room block fill up before you have a chance to book, please reach out to either Emily or Stephen, and we will happily arrange for more rooms to be added to our block.

Newark airport is the closest to the recommended hotels and wedding venue. This will be the easiest airport to fly in and out of.

Stop by for a scoop and walk down memory lane with us! This is where Emily worked all throughout high school, and where Stephen would visit with friends, always sticking to his favorite: vanilla chip!

Planning to extend your stay? Manhattan is easily within reach! Train: ~47 minutes via direct NJ Transit train from the Short Hills station to NY Penn Station. Driving: ~27 miles to Midtown (traffic and tolls apply).

Where should I stay?Please visit our Travel &amp; Accommodations page for details on our recommended hotel, the booking link, and room block information. We recommend booking early to ensure availability!

What is the dress code?We can’t wait to celebrate in style with you! The evening will be Black-Tie Optional. Women: Floor-length gown or cocktail dress preferred.Men: A tuxedo is welcomed, or a formal dark suit and tie.

Will transportation be provided?Yes. A shuttle service will be provided between the Hilton and Crystal Plaza. Please check the Travel page closer to our wedding date for the exact pickup schedule.

Can I bring a guest?We have carefully curated our guest list to stay within the capacity of our venue. Please refer to your invitation envelope, which will indicate the specific number of seats reserved in your honor. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my children?While we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only affair due to venue capacity. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with us!

What if I have dietary restrictions?Crystal Plaza is excellent at accommodating all dietary needs. Please let us know of any specific requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or allergies) when you RSVP so we can ensure the kitchen is prepared for you.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location? Yes — the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ.

When are the shuttles for the hotel block? The shuttle will leave the Hilton at Short Hills at 4:45 PM to head to Crystal Plaza for the ceremony. Return shuttles will depart Crystal Plaza shortly after the reception back to the hotel.
